Eva Mendes is both an actress and model. She was spotted by a talent agent who saw her talent and persuaded her to choose an occupation in the entertainment industry. The university she attended dropped her after some thought to pursue the career path of entertainment. In the film "Children of the Corn v Fields of Terror", she was the first actress to make her debut but was not pleased in the end. She spent a lot hours honing her acting skills and was featured in several low-budget films to show her abilities. The actor had a difficult path, but she got rewarded for her persistence and determination. Through the film Training Day she gained fame and got positive feedback. This was when her acting career began begin to take off.
